Refund Policy
Welcome to Banuri Welfare Foundation (BWF). By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Policy
All donations made to Banuri Welfare Foundation are voluntary and are generally nonrefundable, as they are used to support our charitable and welfare activities.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Accidental overpayment.
- Duplicate payment for the same donation
3. Refund Request & Verification
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date by the
authorized account holder (i.e., the person whose bank account, debit/credit card, or
mobile wallet was used to make the payment).
To verify the request, the donor may be required to provide:
- A valid government-issued ID (e.g., CNIC or Passport).
- Proof of payment, such as a bank receipt, transaction confirmation, or mobile
wallet transaction screenshot. - The transaction ID/reference number, donation amount, and date of payment.
- Any additional information reasonably required to verify ownership of the
payment.
4. Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Foundation. If
approved, the refund will be made only to the original payment method or account from
which the donation was received, wherever practicable.
5. Right to Refuse
Banuri Welfare Foundation reserves the right to refuse any refund request where there
is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, misrepresentation, or misuse of the
donation process, or where the required verification documents are not provided.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy
Banuri Welfare Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at
any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the
Foundation’s website.
