Welcome to Banuri Welfare Foundation (BWF). By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Overview:
The term “BWF, ” “us, or “we” is the Banoori Welfare Foundation. We use “you” to refer to our website’s users and viewers. These terms which also include the agreement between you and BWF related to the website and all charitable efforts.2. Use of Content:
- All of our content on this site is for your reference and use only. Also it may change at any time.
- Without permission use of this site may result in a case for damages and/or a crime.
3. Donations & Refunds:
- Sacred Trust: All donations which are made are supervised by Jamia Uloom Islamia in Banoori Town.
- Purpose-Specific: Donations put towards a cause (for example Zakat, Sadaqah, Water Project) will be used only for that which was donated for.
- Refund Policy: As an organization that is charitable in nature donations are usually non refundable. But should you make a donation in error please get in touch within 7 days for us to look into it.
4. Shariah Compliance:
By giving to BWF you agree that your donation will be managed in accordance with Shariah principles. Our Shariah Board is in charge of which of our Zakat and Sadaqah funds go out to the appropriate (Mustahiq) recipients as is defined in the Quran.5. User Conduct:
- You agree not to use the site for illegal purposes.
- Do not try to disrupt the security or proper function of the site or our digital donation systems.
