Introduction:
True success lies in serving humanity and uplifting the underprivileged. Driven by this very spirit, the Banuri Welfare Foundation was established in Allama Muhammad Yousuf Banuri Town, Karachi. Our organization is actively engaged in serving those in need across all four provinces of Pakistan—Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan. We do not merely provide emergency relief; we are also committed to long-term projects in healthcare, education, and social welfare to bring about sustainable, lasting change in society.
Our Achievements & Projects So Far:
By the grace of the Almighty and your continuous support, the Banuri Welfare Foundation has achieved several major milestones. Here is a glimpse of our impactful work:
- Healthcare & Medical Relief: We have organized numerous Free Medical Camps across the country, providing free, high-quality medical treatment to over 17,500 patients.
- Emergency Relief & Fighting Hunger: During natural disasters such as floods, severe heatwaves, and fires, our teams have always been on the front lines. We have provided immediate food and water relief to more than 18,000 individuals. Additionally, under our mission to fight hunger, we consistently provide monthly food rations to over 2,000 deserving families.
- Clean Water Initiatives: To combat severe water scarcity, the foundation has successfully completed over 150 hand pump and water boring projects. Furthermore, multiple cold water machines and coolers have been installed in various key locations.
- Education & Shelter: To empower the youth and promote education, we have distributed educational books worth over 3 Million (30 Lakh) Rupees to deserving students. For the rehabilitation of the homeless, we have successfully constructed 22 homes and provided 250 tents for immediate shelter needs. The foundation has also completed the construction of 5 mosques.
- Clothing Drives: To protect vulnerable families from the harsh weather, we actively distribute warm clothes and blankets through our “Warmth & Dignity” winter clothing drives.
Our Commitment:
The journey of the Banuri Welfare Foundation does not stop here. Our ultimate goal is to reach every individual in society who requires assistance. Bringing smiles to the faces of the marginalized and empowering them to become self-sufficient is our true measure of success.
